FOND DU LAC COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Fond Du Lac deputies arrested an intoxicated driver after a single-vehicle crash along USH 45 Wednesday, March 4.  

Police say that they responded to a single vehicle crash near USH 45 in the Township of Osceola. On arrival, first responders found the driver ejected from the vehicle. 

The driver, a 52-year-old Oakfield man, was flown to a nearby hospital with serious injuries. 

The deputies determined that the vehicle was traveling north on USH 45 and entered the east ditch after it failed to yield to the curve. The vehicle struck the embankment, causing it to go airborne and overturn before coming to a rest. 

The driver was arrested for his third offense of operating while intoxicated.
