MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Exclusive video was obtained by CBS 58 showing a drunk driving arrest in downtown Milwaukee. The driver is accused of hitting three vehicles overnight Tuesday, July 21.
The woman struck three vehicles parked behind the Metro Market on Jackson Street, and then crashed her vehicle into a streetcar station.
Cellphone video captured the woman's arrest. In the video, you can see the driver yelling at Milwaukee police officers and she appears to be resisting arrest.
According to a police report, the driver admitted to being drunk at the time of the crash.
CBS 58 spoke with someone's loved one whose vehicle was hit, and she said it's scary to know there are drivers out there like that.
"To see a lot of drunk drivers in the city of Milwaukee is really scary. I know how damaging that can be to somebody’s life and killing other people or hurting other people is just never okay so it’s pretty frightening to have that happen right outside your door," said Saratoga Schaefer.
Thankfully, officials say no one was injured in the crash.
