MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating a fatal shooting that took place Sunday, May 21 around 11:30 p.m. near 13th and Concordia.

The 38-year-old male victim was reportedly taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead due to his injuries. 

The investigation is ongoing. Milwaukee police continue to seek an unknown suspect.
