Father arrested after punching daughter's boyfriend because of alleged domestic violence

BROWN DEER, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Wednesday afternoon Brown Deer Police were called to a home near 44th and Calumet by a mother who said her daughter's boyfriend refused to leave the driveway.

After police investigated, they determined that the father of the 18-year-old girlfriend punched the 19-year-old boyfriend in the head after finding out that the boyfriend punched his daughter.

The father was arrested by Brown Deer Police for domestic violence. He was released after posting bail.

The Waukesha County Sheriff's Office was notified to investigate the alleged domestic violence incident between the boyfriend and girlfriend that happened in Sussex. After speaking with the 18-year-old daughter, investigators learned she was punched in the head several times causing her to be treated for a concussion and kicked in the stomach on October 8.

The 19-year-old boyfriend was arrested for domestic violence.
