Waukesha County Sheriff\'s Department FOX POINT, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A former Fox Point village manager is now charged with a felony in connection to a deadly crash last year.
Scott Botcher had previously been charged with a misdemeanor; he's now charged with hit-and-run resulting in death.
