Sarpy County Jail DODGE COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Gary Day, the man arrested in a missing teen case out of Beaver Dam, is back in Wisconsin.
Records show Day is in custody in Dodge County after his charges were dismissed in Sarpy County, Nebraska.
Lesser charges are sometimes dropped to make it easier to extradite a person to a state where they're facing more serious charges.
Day is charged with abduction and enticement of a child.
Authorities say he went on the run with a teenage girl, who they say is pregnant with Day's child.
