MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A Milwaukee mother of six who recently lost her SUV in a fire received a special gift Friday, Feb. 12.
Tyana Stanton learned the owner of Stark Foods at 46th and Hampton will donate $5,000 toward replacing her burned vehicle.
"This just means so much to me for somebody to help us out, especially being the person that I am, always helping somebody out, "said Stanton. "So this means a lot to me."
Stanton says since the fire, she hasn't been able to do her normal routine of dropping off her kids at day care and heading to work.
Now that she has some extra cash to get a new vehicle, she hopes to get her family's schedule back on track.
