Homicide investigation underway after 39-year-old man shot near N. 39th and Ruby Avenue

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – A 39-year-old man is dead after a shooting on Milwaukee's north side Tuesday morning.
According to Milwaukee Police, it happened around 9:50 a.m. near N. 39th and Ruby Avenue. Investigators say the man died at the scene as a result of his injuries.
Police are still looking for a suspect and a motive.
