MILWAUKEE (CBS58) — Hundreds of families gathered at Harley-Davidson for its third annual easter egg hunt and brunch.
"She got a lot of eggs; she is very independent. She was out there on the egg hunt along with the big kids," said Derrick, Parent.
On Easter Sunday, kids took off running at the blast of a horn.
Kids of all ages looked for as many eggs as they could find.
"Earlier this week, the team filled 4000 eggs. It was fun to see everybody working so hard on creating a great community event like this," said Candace Gawrysiak, Content Lead, Harley-Davidson.
Four thousand colorful eggs, filled with candy, were scattered across the Harley-Davidson campus.
Before the easter egg hunt, kids lined up with excitement to meet and get their picture with the Easter Bunny.
The Content Lead for the Harley-Davidson Museum says it's a special event for families.
"So many eggs, so many smiles, it's fun to see the little kiddos running around and taking part in traditions that many of us have," said Gawrysiak.
The Easter egg hunt lasted about 15 minutes before all the eggs were found.
Harley-Davidson also hid special golden eggs filled with gift cards for parents.
"Wish we could have found the Golden egg or the Harley Davidson egg, but try next year," said Derrick.
If you plan on coming next year, Harley-Davidson recommends you get here early.
