MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- There was a sea of orange along the Lakefront Sunday, May 3.
It was for the MS walk.
According to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, 2.9 million people have MS worldwide.
Hundreds came out to the Summerfest grounds to raise awareness and money for 'Walk MS' - a nationwide movement.
Those in a yellow t-shirt support the society's mission.
Those in green support a person living with MS.
And those wearing orange live with MS.
One woman who was diagnosed four years ago told us that today she was surrounded by her loved ones.
'Walk MS' has a fundraising goal of $450,000.
