MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors has released its January home sales report.
Tom McCormick, 2026 chairperson of the GMAR board of directors and broker and owner of EXIT Realty Horizons, joined us on Monday, Feb. 16 to take a peek at what the figures mean.
He discussed January home sales and the number of homes on the market. The conversation also included advice for making offers in a competitive market, whether buyers are paying over asking price and what to consider before submitting an offer.
McCormick also reviewed contingencies, including home inspection and appraisal contingencies and outlined the role a realtor plays in navigating those terms.
