Jill Biden to visit Rail Yard Innovation District in Green Bay

GREEN BAY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The First Lady Jill Biden is coming back to Wisconsin this week. She is expected to be in Green Bay on Friday, Feb. 16.
She'll stop at Rail Yard Innovation District and to talk about how the Biden Administration Policies are helping students across the country.
The first lady visited Green Bay in October and the president himself stopped in Milwaukee last December. He was in Superior in January.
