Justin Bieber postpones all 2020 tour dates, including Summerfest show

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Justin Bieber announced he's postponing all currently scheduled 2020 dates for The Changes Tour, including his Summerfest show.

Summerfest has been postponed to sometime in September, with dates set for Sept. 3-5, 10-12, and 17–19.
