Investigators release picture of suspect in shooting of off-duty Racine Police Officer

Authorities say the suspect attempted to rob someone at Teezers bar Monday evening. Racine Police Officer John Hetland saw the armed robbery happening and although he was off-duty, he took action to stop the crime in progress.
Hetland was shot and killed.
