Chicago police arrest suspect in fatal shooting of Kenosha man

KENOSHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Kenosha police say a suspect has been arrested in connection to the fatal shooting of 40-year-old Deshun Jackson. 

Police say a warrant was issued for the arrest of Antonio D. Summers, a 36-year-old Illinois resident. 

On June 3, Chicago police arrested Summers. They say he's currently being held in Illinois, pending extradition to Wisconsin.

Summers is being charged with first-degree intentional homicide, armed robbery and possession of a firearm by a felon.

KENOSHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Kenosha police are investigating after a 40-year-old man was fatally shot near 60th Street and 16th Avenue. 

Police were called to an apartment complex around 2:14 a.m. on Sunday, April 23. 

According to police, upon arrival, officers located Deshun Jackson with gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene. 

No one is in custody at this time.
