MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Kenosha police report 18-year-old Angelnet Byrom has been located safe. 

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Kenosha police are searching for a missing and endangered 18-year-old woman who has not been seen since Friday, Sept. 26. Authorities say Angelnet Byrom -- who is cognitively delayed -- was last seen around 2:30 p.m. at the Outreach Center on 26th Avenue in Kenosha. 

Authorities describe Byrom as a Black female, standing 5'6" tall, weighing 165 lbs. with brown eyes and black short Afro or twists. Byrom was last seen wearing a tan dress.

She may be in Milwaukee.
