FOND DU LAC COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A Kewaskum woman has died following a crash in Fond du Lac County Monday, April 6.

The Fond du Lac Sheriff's Office says they received notice Tuesday that 57-year-old Joan Biese died at an area hospital. 

Officials say the woman was traveling southbound on US Highway 45 in the Township of Osceola Monday morning when she left the roadway, struck a driveway embankment and overturned her vehicle. The sheriff's office says it's believed she suffered a medical incident. 

The crash remains under investigation.
