MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee will be in the national spotlight later this week. "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert" -- which airs right here on CBS 58 following our 10 p.m. news -- will feature the "Milwaukee Apology Tour" Friday night, Oct. 1. As CBS 58's Nicole Koglin explains, it's an apology more than a year in the making.
