Lawsuit filed against former OB-GYN accused of artificially inseminating patients with his own sperm

iStock/petrenkod WHITEFISH BAY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A lawsuit has been filed against OB-GYN Doctor Frederick Dettmann.
The accusations stem back to the 1980s where Mary Ellen Lukezich accuses Dettmann of artificially inseminating her and nine other patients with his own sperm without their consent.
With the help of genealogy testing, her son reportedly discovered his father had nine other half siblings which he was able to trace back to Dettmann.
Dettmann dissolved his practice nearly 30 years ago and now lives in Arizona.
