MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- October is full of Halloween sweet treats and candy, but it's important to remember dental health for kids as they empty out their trick-or-treating haul.
Ahead of National Brush Your Teeth Day on Nov. 1, we were joined by pediatric dentist Dr. Biana Hassoun on Tuesday, Oct. 25.
She offered some healthy teeth tips, including the fact that some candies are better for kids' teeth than others, so do not rush to toss vegetables and toothpaste into the bags of your trick-or-treaters!
More information about Dr. Hassoun can be found by visiting her profile at Dental Associates.
