Local Police Department removes the word "Negro" from job application

The Shorewood Police department is now taking some heat for using an offensive term.
A viewer alerted us to the fact that the word \"Negro\" appeared on an on-line application for new officers in Shorewood.
When we reached out to the department for a comment, they would only say this is an old form and that it would be removed immediately.
We checked on the department's website and that has now been done.
