MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Lou Malnati’s is collaborating with Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin this month as part of a fundraising effort tied to its annual heart-shaped pizza promotion.
Matt Roman Lopez with Lou Malnati’s discussed the program when he joined us on Friday, Feb. 14.
The restaurant chain, known for its deep-dish pizza, is offering heart-shaped pizzas throughout February at locations in Chicago, Indianapolis, Milwaukee and Phoenix. Customers can also ship the pizzas nationwide through Tastes of Chicago.
For every heart-shaped pizza ordered between through Feb. 28, Lou Malnati’s will donate $1 to Feeding America, with each dollar helping provide 10 meals for individuals in need. Half-baked or frozen pizzas are available for pickup to bake at home.
