MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A Milwaukee man is charged with killing his grandparents.
Darren Carter, 23, faces two counts of felony murder. He was arrested last week for a fire that dates back to May 14.
The fire, at 25th and Melvina, took the lives of 74-year-old Iris Carter and 71-year-old Willie Carter. In the criminal complaint, Carter is identified as their grandson and a witness claims Carter confessed to setting the house on fire.
Carter appeared in court Sunday and bond was set at $100,000.
