MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A 22-year-old is facing multiple felony charges after investigators say he led police in a vehicle pursuit that ended with him beating up a Milwaukee Police Department officer.

According to a criminal complaint, Sincere Scott took off from an attempted traffic stop last Wednesday, Oct. 14, near 57th and Center. The car eventually ran into a tree, and the pursuit continued on foot.

There was a struggle between Scott and an officer, according to the complaint.

Police say Scott tried to grab the officer's gun, then beat him with a firearm magazine that he took from the officer's vest.

A graphic photo was included in the complaint. CBS 58 has blurred the photo because it shows the officer's face covered in blood.
