Man charged with killing 1, injuring another at Milwaukee gas station pleads not guilty

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- An Illinois man charged with shooting and killing one person and injuring another at a Milwaukee gas station says he didn't do it.

Twenty-six-year-old Michael White pleaded not guilty in court Thursday, June 3. 

According to the criminal complaint, White got into a fight with several other people at a gas station at 26th and Capitol, which led to the shooting. 

White is due back in court on June 10.
