Terron Clayborn waived his preliminary hearing and pled not guilty in court.
Clayborn allegedly hit 54-year-old Bryan Rodriguez while he was filling potholes near 17th and Vine on February 8. Clayborn ran off leaving his car at the scene. He was on the run for days until he was found hiding in a home on Beckett Avenue. He's charged with felony hit-and-run involving a death and knowingly operating while suspended causing death
Clayborn is being held on a $25,000 cash bond. His next court date is March 5.
