Man shot near 28th and Lisbon, police investigating

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A 29-year-old man was taken to the hospital after being shot near 28th and Lisbon Wednesday morning.
The shooting happened around 2:20 a.m. Milwaukee Police say the victim was shot while in a car with the suspect.
According to police, the victim is not being fully cooperative. An investigation into the shooting is ongoing.
