Man taken by Flight For Life after Easter crash

MOUNT PLEASANT, Wis. (CBS 58) -- On Easter Sunday around 1:30 p.m. Mount Pleasant Police responded to the intersection of State Highway 31 and County Highway KR for a crash.

According to police, a Dodge Dakota was trying to turn left onto Highway KR going west from Highway 31. The truck was hit by a Chevy Carryall minivan driving south. 

The crash caused the Dodge to roll over trapping the driver inside.

The 29-year-old driver of the Dodge was from Kenosha and taken by Flight For Life to Froedtert Hospital. 

The 59-year-old driver of the minivan and a 64-year-old passenger were taken to St. Catherines Hosptial for non-life threatening injuries.

Police do not believe that impairment was a factor in the crash, but the cause of the incident is still under investigation.
