MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- March marks the three-year anniversary of the COVID-19 shutdown of the Marcus Performing Arts Center, allowing the organization to reflect on its return to live programming.
As people's mindsets change regarding where they prefer to gather, hesitations seem to be fading, with many eager to socialize and experience live performances again.
MPAC has successfully attracted audiences by offering diverse programming, as evidenced by sold-out shows like the Hip Hop Nutcracker, SIX, Les Misérables and last season's Hamilton.
To further discuss how MPAC is drawing audiences back, expanding community engagement, and growing in response to lessons learned during the COVID-19 shutdown, we were joined on Tuesday, March 21 by Megan Huse, Vice President of Development, and Jared Duymovic, Vice President of Programming and Engagement at MPAC.
