Marquette University student injured in dormatory firework incident

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- According to Marquette University, around 10:00 p.m. last night, Friday, Dec. 1, Marquette University police were called to a report of a commercial firework that was set off by students in a room in the Wells Tower dorms.

The firework caused damage to a window. Two students were found at the scene. One was taken to the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries and the other was taken into custody.

Marquette University police are investigating this incident.
