Mayor Johnson's half-brother sentenced 25 years in prison

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Allen Addison, half-brother of Mayor Cavalier Johnson, was sentenced to 25 years in prison on Wednesday, Nov. 8.

He was arrested in 2022 for shooting a man. 

According to the Milwaukee County criminal complaint from the incident, Addison was accused of shooting a man, identified as "EK," multiple times in January of 2022.  

In May of 2023, his case was dismissed, but charges were filed. 

He has been sentenced for 25 years for attempted homicide and possession of a firearm by a felon. Court ruled that Addison would have 15 years of extended supervision.
