MBA Home Building and Remodeling Show brings 2023 home trends to Wisconsin State Fairgrounds

WEST ALLIS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Metropolitan Builders Association (MBA) is bringing its Home Building and Remodeling Show back to the Wisconsin State Fairgrounds this weekend. It will showcase the newest home trends you'll see in 2023-- from Dekton countertops, a material that can withstand any scratches or stains you throw on it, to all of the pieces needed to create an outdoor oasis. 

Whether you're looking to build or remodel your existing home, there'll be over 150 contractors for you to meet and discuss your next project with. 

Meeting with contractors in person can also help you make a realistic timeline for your next project. 

"There's still a big demand for new builds and remodeling, remodeling projects are going crazy as well, but I will say the lead times are starting to improve slowly. But it's still a lot differently than a few years ago," said MBA president David Roembke.
