MCTS bus, FedEx truck involved in crash in West Allis

WEST ALLIS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Authorities responded to a multi-vehicle crash near 60th and Burnham in West Allis on Monday, June 3. 

A Milwaukee County Transit System (MCTS) bus, FedEx truck, and sedan were involved in the crash. 

David Faulkner was inside the MCTS bus at the time of the crash. He told CBS 58 he had just asked the driver about his final destination when he heard a loud boom. 

"I turn around to go back to a seat and smack it happened," said Faulkner. "I talked to one of the police officers, he said this FedEx truck had to swing wide and the bus was stopped at that red light."

Faulkner says a person riding the bus as well as the driver of the car, were taken to the hospital with injuries.
