MCTS warns of delays, detours Thursday morning due to severe weather

CBS 58 MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee County Transit System is warning riders of delays and detours on Thursday, April 16 as this week's severe weather and the remnants of it continues to affect bus service, according to MCTS.
