MPD: Domestic violence shooting leaves 1 dead, suspect turns himself in

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating a homicide that happened on Saturday, July 6.
It happened near 8:43 a.m. near 58th and Hampton.
The victim, a 51-year-old, sustained fatal gunshot injuries.
The suspect, a 52-year-old man, turned himself in at a police station.
Police say the shooting is domestic violence related.
Criminal charges will be referred to the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office.
