Medical examiner: Man pronounced dead after being pulled from water

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office confirms they were called to a scene near S Shore and Nock on Sunday, July 21.
According to the medical examiner, the fire department removed a body of an adult male from the water, and the victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The ME's office identified the victim as 22-year-old Margarito Velazquez-Garduno.
According to an investigative report, Margarito was kayaking with friends when he attempted to make a U-turn on the water but leaned his body too far to the side and capsized.
