Megill plans to continue to stay consistent as season draws rear

NOW: Megill plans to continue to stay consistent as season draws rear

ARIZONA (CBS 58) -- Trevor Megill truly did it all last year.  Mainly as a closer and reliever but even started a game in the postseason.  This year his goals?  Well, they're quite straightforward.

"The role can change whenever and it's my job to stay consistent," Megill says. "And give them the confidence to keep putting me back out there in that inning."

Last year he started a game in the playoffs.  Is he a starter now?

"Ah no. We'll find out what happens as we go thru camp here but yeah not a starter," Megill says. But as a car guy?  Don't even get him started on his favorites.

"Probably a GT3RS.  Probably wouldn't fit in one.  That or a 355 Ferrari. 94.  I really like that car.  05 Dunan 3com is another big favorite of mine," Megill says.  "Really anything that goes fast."

How much would he spend on one?

"I don't know man.  That depends on how much we make," Megill says with a laugh.

No closer set in stone yet but the Brewers hoping that Megill and Abner Uribe are money coming out of the back end of the bullpen.
