MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Art can be many things to many people, but there's a concept you might not realize when it comes to artistic expression.
It's called art therapy, and this will be the basis for a workshop at Milwaukee Art Therapy Collective on Saturday.
Participants are able to make a collage of sorts using various elements put on a 10" x 10" wood panel. The idea is to bring out self-awareness while creating art.
There are a few slots left in this abstract art class. It runs from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
Kamari Green, Owner of 983 Studio, will be conducting the session. Pre-registration and $35 tickets can be purchased by clicking here.
