3 injured, 2-year-old boy in critical condition, following shooting near 21st and Keefe
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Three people were injured, including a 2-year-old child, during a shooting near 21st and Keefe Tuesday afternoon, Oct. 4.
Milwaukee police say around 2:15 p.m., suspects in a vehicle fired several shots, striking a 20-year-old man, 74-year-old woman and 2-year-old boy.
Authorities say the man and woman were taken to an area hospital with serious injuries and the child was transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries. He is currently said to be in critical condition.
MPD is combing the intersection of 21st and Keefe; several evidence markers are in the street and the area is blocked off.

The fire department confirms it was called at 2:19 for reports of a shooting. MFD says three people were taken to the hospital.

Police continue to seek unknown suspects.
