MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – The say fences make good neighbors and there’s one Milwaukee couple out to prove the saying true but not like you might expect.
Taking advantage of the recent February cold snap, Charles Graebner and Elizabeth Erbes spent part of each day crafting a colorful ice wall to brighten their neighborhood. It’s a project that’s attracted onlookers and praise.
