Milwaukee Fire Department: 1 injured in house fire near 25th and Roosevelt

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Police say the person that was injured in the fire was a 74-year-old woman.
She was taken to a hospital for serious burns.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- One person was injured in a house fire near 25th and Roosevelt.
The fire broke out around 6:50 p.m. on Wednesday.
The Milwaukee Fire Department says one person was taken to a local hospital for treatment of burns.
The fire was extinguished quickly, the fire department confirms.
The cause remains under investigation.
There is no dollar amount of damage estimated at this time.
