Milwaukee Firefighter Calendar set to launch, proceeds supporting local heroes

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A calendar dedicated to supporting Milwaukee firefighters when they are in a time of need, featuring local firefighters, will soon be available, accompanied by a launch event.

The 2024 Milwaukee Firefighter Calendar, organized by Ignite the Spirit-Milwaukee, is set to be released with a special event at The Cooperage Milwaukee. The release party, scheduled for Thursday, Nov. 30 at The Cooperage, will offer attendees a variety of experiences.

Guests will have the opportunity to meet the firefighters featured in the calendar, enjoy music by DJ Goose and enjoy hors d'oeuvres. The event also includes a raffle with prizes such as dinner at the Brady Street Firehouse and airline tickets.

Ticket prices are $40.00 if preordered, with a higher fee at the door.

Doors open at 6:30 p.m., followed by an introduction of the firefighter calendar models at 7:30 p.m. The announcement of auction and raffle winners is slated for 8:30 p.m. Throughout the event, from 6:30 to 9 p.m., guests can enjoy drinks and music.
