MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee man accused of sexually assaulting four different victims in four years is bound over for trial.
Thirty-two-year-old Joshua Schober had his preliminary hearing Wednesday morning, Oct. 11.
Police say Schober made contact with three of the four victims on Water Street, and alcohol was involved.
A Milwaukee police detective testified Wednesday morning and described the alleged assaults.
According to police, multiple victims say they did not consent or could not remember what happened.
"She said Mr. Schober told her her friend needed help, she got her dressed, and when she left, she said she didn't know what happened. She thought she was just raped," said Det. Jolene Del Moral.
Schober's attorney tried to dismiss the charges, but the court said there was probable cause.
He's expected back in court Nov. 9.
