Milwaukee man charged after sending inappropriate Snapchat to teenager

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – A Milwaukee man is facing a charge after sending an inappropriate Snapchat to a teenager.

According to a criminal complaint, 22-year-old Kyle Vlosich faces one count of exposing a child to harmful material.

Court documents state Vlosich added the teenage girl on Snapchat in November 2019. Shortly after, he asked the teen to send a full body picture. When she declined, Vlosich allegedly sent the girl a nude photo of himself with a caption saying he lived near the girl and would rape her if he saw her.

The victim told police she blocked him on the app. She said she had also heard of several other girls who had similar interactions with Vlosich.

The victim lived in Arizona and after an investigation, it was found Vlosich contacted her from his home in Milwaukee. Court documents state investigators found several conversations where Vlosich pretended to be a teenager attending high school in Arizona.

If convicted, he faces three years in prison and up to $10,000 in fines.
