Milwaukee County Jail

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A shooting at an Airbnb party lands a Milwaukee man in jail.

Devon Moore, 27, is facing several felony gun charges, all as a habitual repeat offender, after he was accused of shooting and injuring his cousin at a party in The Malt House Apartments Jan. 11.

The woman told police she was talking to Moore, looked down at her phone, heard a 'pop' and felt pain in her leg.

Police arrested Moore at his house and found several guns, including a glock, modified into a machine gun.

Moore told police he was picking up the gun and it went off, saying it was an accident.

He's being held in jail, waiting for a hearing.
