Milwaukee man sentenced to 25 years in deadly Easter morning shooting

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The now 18-year-old who pleaded guilty to a deadly shooting in Milwaukee on Easter morning last year was sentenced to 25 years in prison Friday.

Police say Joseph Prado shot and killed 17-year-old Donell Jones during a party near 23rd and Townsend. 

Last March, Prado pleaded guilty to felony murder--armed robbery and possession of a firearm by an adjudicated delinquent. 

His sentence is to be followed by 20 years of extended supervision.
