A 27-year-old Milwaukee man was wounded in what appears to be a drive-by shooting  Tuesday night in the area of N 28^th Street and St. Paul Avenue.   According to the Milwaukee Police, the man was sitting on his porch around 9:45 PM Tuesday, when a subject in a passing vehicle fired gunshots.  The victim was struck by one of the shots.   He was treated at the scene and taken to a local hospital for treatment of what is described as a non-fatal wound.   He is expected to survive the injury.   The MPD is continuing to search for a suspect.
