MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A Milwaukee native has achieved his patriotic quest of performing the National Anthem at every Major League baseball stadium.
We first introduced you to Jim Doepke in August.
At that time, the trumpet player and retired Waukesha Band Director had performed the song at 28 ball parks.
On Thursday he hit all 30, after performing in Atlanta.
"I contacted Taylor at the Brewers and said listen, I'm a flight away if you need me, I'd be happy to come back. I have about an 800 average for when I play for a team that they win the game, so they may want to keep that in their back pocket," Doepke said.
Doepke kicked off his quest in 2008 at Fenway Park in Boston.
