MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are asking for the public's help in locating a critically missing man. 

Officials say Jacob Chianelli was last seen around 8:30 a.m. Monday morning, May 4, near Jackson and Lyon Street. 

He's described as a white male, 5'10", 165 pounds, with brown hair, brown eyes, and a white beard. 

Jacob was last seen wearing a black baseball cap, gray short-sleeved T-shirt, black vest, and dark khaki pants. 

He was last seen driving a dark-colored 2016 Honda CRV with the Wisconsin license plate 902-YLE.
