Milwaukee police arrest suspect in fatal battery of 73-year-old

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Criminal charges have been filed against a man accused in a fatal beating of a 73-year-old.
Isaac Moore-Hodges, 28, is facing one count of first-degree intentional homicide.
According to a criminal complaint, Moore-Hodges was captured on surveillance video beating the victim with a plastic milk crate.
Investigators say Moore-Hodges was seen hitting the victim with the crate dozens of times before walking away from the scene.
Moore-Hodges is being held on a $100,000 cash bond.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 10.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating a battery that resulted in the death of a 73-year-old victim near the corner of 13th and Juneau Monday, June 30.
The suspect, identified as a 28-year-old, was taken into custody by officials.
Criminal charges will be referred to the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office for review.
