Milwaukee police arrest suspect in fatal battery of 73-year-old

CBS 58 MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating a battery that resulted in the death of a 73-year-old victim near the corner of 13th and Juneau. The suspect, identified as a 28-year-old, was taken into custody by officials.
Police reported the man battered the victim Monday, June 30 at around 5:48 a.m., leading to the victim’s death. Criminal charges will be referred to the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office for review.
